The protection of your personal data is of great importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of statutory provisions (European General Data Protection Regulation, Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) of 2003). In this data protection statement, we inform you about the major aspects of data processing in the context of our website.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, we will store these data for six months, for the purpose of processing your request and in the case of any follow-up queries. We will not pass on your data without your consent.

Our website uses ‘cookies’. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your end device by means of your browser. They do not cause any harm. We use cookies for making our services user-friendly. Web analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analytics service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For this purpose, cookies are used that permit an analysis of the use of our website by users. The information obtained in this way is communicated to the provider’s server, where it is stored. You can prevent this by setting your browser in such a way that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the service provider. Your IP address will be collected but is pseudonymised immediately by deleting the last 8 bits. This prevents accurate geographic reporting. The communication of data to the web analytics provider takes place within the Privacy Shield framework. The data are processed on the basis of the applicable statutory provisions of Section 96, para. 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act, as well as Art. 6, para. 1 (a) on consent and/or 1 (f) on legitimate interests of the General Data Protection Regulation. With regard to legitimate interests in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, our goal is to improve our services and our web presence. As our users’ private sphere is important to us, user data are pseudonymised. The said data are stored for a period of 50 months.

With regard to the data we have stored, you basically have the right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability and right to object. If you believe that the processing of your data is in violation of data protection law or that your data protection rights have been infringed in any other way, you can file a complaint with us or the data protection authority.}

The original of this Data Protection Declaration has been drawn up in German. The German version shall be the authentic one and prevail over the English one in all matters of interpretation and construction. The English version shall be deemed to be only a translation for information purposes.
